First one came without a shoulder strap but it was quickly replaced.Thank you.Nice size. You can easily fit six 16oz bottles of water or soda. Along with a sandwich and icepacks. The insulation is a bit light, but it is good for a 10 hour work day.The side pockets are decent sized and can hold small snacks.Great buy! I really like this lunchbox.It is very easy to clean and the outside appears to be durable. I've had it for six weeks and use it every day for work.Glad I bought it.
