I was really impressed with the way it feels in my hand and the accessories that come with it. I have big hands and it feels nice holding onto the grips rather that just the smartphone. I have a Samsung Note 8 which is a good size smartphone which fits comfortably into the grips. I like that I can put different lenses and filters on the smartphone without using a clamp. I upgraded to the MOJO before the PRO was delivered and got mixed up on when the PRO was ordered and the second order I submitted. DREAMGRIP was very helpful in helping me the mix up. I should be receiving the MOJO this week and am looking forward to having the upgrades.

First, holding the iPhone to take videos is not very secure. This frame provides a very solid grip, which is an improvement. More importantly, we we can easily attach other things to the frame, such as a quick mount for our tripod, or a wireless mic receiver, a go-pro for another angle on the scene, or even a light to fill in shadows. I have minor quibbles about the way the attachments mount, but overall nothing that is nearly as significant as the convenience and solidness of the frame.

I wanted to like this more, and there is a lot to like about how versatile this unit is. However, in the 1.5 years that I've used it regularly, I've had more than 1 plastic piece break apart with only once-a-week use and padded transport. I even ordered the upgrade kit 14 months ago to replace the rails on the optics module (because the plastic on one of the original rails broke), and just last week, I noticed that the plastic on the replacement rails has broken, too. AND the upgrade kit isn't available now, so I'm not sure if/when I'll be able to replace the broken parts again. The rig does still hold my smartphone, so I can still use it for now. Not sure how much longer the optics module will hold out though.

the bolts for holding it together are ok for the grooved side of the track but if you want to mount the 2nd phone holder on top of the rig for a monitor your going to be unhappy, the bolts will not go through enough on the bottom to the top to secure the mount to the track due to the lack of a groove on the bottom, there is a tapered part on the bolt know that lets it go into the track but due to that taper it prevents it from going through enough on the flat side to make contact with threads on the other side, support says send us a pic... well i have to ask why cant you pic one up and look for yourself since you are the ones telling me i am wrong and that it will fit, and as far as support goes, they are great at getting with you 1 time a day so forget getting issues resolved in a timely manor, i am returning this over priced garbage and getting a plastic rig at least those have enough cold shoe mounts for my mic light and 2nd holder, dont recommend at all

One of the most versatile grips on the market. Works with smartphones and in my case the iPhone XR and XS. Well balanced, excellent construction, yet light weight. Great mount on a tripod, excellent CLP and ND filter included. Hood keeps reflections down from stray light sources. Flexible an$ changes to a mono grip if needed. Takes the iPhone to a new level and I really like the Dreamgrip Visio Pro lenses that I purchased and added separately.

The Dreamgrip Smartphone shooting rig is a nice piece of equipment. However, I absolutely refuse to purchase the necessary andrequired parts to put it together. Product assembly bolts should never be "sold separately".

I really like this case overall. It feels nice and looks nice. The only detraction is the magnetic closure. It works to keep the wallet closed but it doesn't work to turn off the phone and if you have any cards in the wallet part, the closure is much weaker. But, I don't think there are many cases out there where the closure isn't affected by putting stuff in the wallet. It's still a great case to me.

Great product. Good design. Helps keep the camera steady for videography even while walking. Smoother videos. You will be to order better ND & CFL filters. Pros: Light weight Customizable Works with real world optics Very sturdy Road ready Simple assembly Cons: The ND & CFL filters that come with it suck.
