I did not like this product. it did not support my neck, it cause my head to lean forward. I tried turning it around and that did not work. I would not recommend this product. the strap is a joke because yes, you can tighten it but it does not stay tight. do not buy this item.I have up graded my review of this product because even though I was not satisfied with my order the retailer readily issued a refund for this item. retailer stands behind their product and I am satisfied with the retailers prompt response to my complaint. I would buy from this retailer again and I would recommend their products.

I purchased two of these for our overseas trip to Romania. They rocked. You can adjust the thickness allowing it to fit any situation.

Heavy and cannot wash! Fabric is cheap quality

The pillow is very soft and comfortable, and was ergonomically well designed. The tie is especially helpful to keep the pillow snug and in place. However, I discovered on my redeye flight that there was a leak in mine and would not stay inflated for more than 20 mins. If you order one, check yours out before you fly.

Very comfortable, Compact and comfortable. Easier to sleep on the plane. Also, the bag has a clip which really came in handy. I bought a second one.
