Great Headset So Far!
I have been using this headset for work for about 1 month. I use it every day for work. I really hate wearing anything on my head and that includes traditional headphones. This headset was perfect because of the earbuds. The little earbud grippers work great and I have never had the earbuds fall out of my ears as I have with other sets. The headset comes with 3 pairs of earbud grippers and I did have to change them to use the smallest. I needed a headset that was for VOIP as I have recently switched to VOIP only at work. Even our phone system is through the internet and I can make calls from an app on my computer. The dongle was necessary for me. I have never once lost signal not even when talking away from my desk. I have not tried pairing these with any other device than my computer so am not sure how they perform with that setup. The Noise Cancellation works well for me. I do have my own office, but often hear outside noises and this completely cuts everything out. I have even used this headset to record videos at work because of the noise cancelling. I have not once ran out of battery life. Sometimes I am on the phone or listening to webinars, etc. all day. When working from home, I can wear these and not hear the TV in the other room. I was somewhat nervous to purchase this headset due to some of the other reviews. However, I am glad I decided to get this set. So far, I have no signs of wear / tear. I don't get any vibration or buzzing. No one complains about how I talk or that I sound far away. I have listened to music with these and I think the sound is really good and is very crisp, clean, and well-balanced. However, I have never used an expensive Beats or Bose headset before so perhaps I don't really have anything to compare them to. I also don't like tons of bass. I think the bass on these is adequate, but not overpowering. In general, it's a great work headset and it is comfortable. I haven't had any issues so far.

OK, here's the deal
I bought this headset for use at work as my #1 priority. And because we use MS Teams and Skype for Business at my workplace, that was a requirement. My workplace provided a wired headset for all of us when we moved to Skype for Business some time back. Most of us got Plantronics Blackwire wired models. They are perfectly fine; in fact they sound great for calls and the mics work very well. But when our group moved from relatively quiet semi-private walled cubicles to an open office environment where every conversation is audible even from 3 aisles away, I wanted something with some noise cancellation even if it meant paying for it myself. And because I was paying for it myself, I wanted something that I could use outside of work as well. I considered the on-ear Jabra Evolve 75 and over-ear Evolve 80 and I considered the Sennheiser MB 660 and Plantronics Voyager 6200 and 8200 UC. I settled on these because they are somewhat water-resistant so I can work out with them, they have great all-day battery life, and they are super portable. I have used them to work out several times and they are just OK for that. I think it probably depends on what kind of exercise you're doing. The ear buds don't fall out of my ears because the ear hooks keep them in place fairly well but the neckband can be annoying if you're jumping around or moving a lot. I don't imagine this is any different from any other neckband style headset so I'm not knocking them that. This was my first neckband-style headset so it's just something I noticed and point out here to anyone else who may be wondering. If you're on an elliptical or bike, it's fine. If you're doing high-impact aerobics or laying on a bench or floor it could become annoying. But I broke into a sweat with these several times and they were fine. I do sincerely wish I could find alternative ear gels for these. The ability to put some Comply foam tips on these would be great as it would help seal out even more noise. These are effective for canceling out steady noise like the HVAC at work but they aren't really great at blocking voices. Having tips that seal better would make these excellent instead of just OK. I have listened to music with these and they are not meant for audiophiles. If you are an audiophile you will find them a little heavy on the mid to low end. Some people like this though and it might be OK and I will say these are great for podcasts and audiobooks. These are really meant for spoken word listening. The clarity and detail retrieval for music is not anywhere near class-leading but I think most of us don't buy Bluetooth headphones with high expectations for this. We buy them because they are convenient. And these really succeed in that area for me because I don't ever have to take them off. I can pair these with my work laptop via the included dongle and also with my phone via Bluetooth and go back and forth between Skype calls/meetings, music, and podcasts without ever losing a literal beat. If I want to listen to my high-resolution audio and be a music snob I will put on "real" headphones and plug in via a headphone jack. I nevertheless keep these on and ready at all times during the work day and because they hang around my neck and mainly stay out of the way, it's easy to switch to another pair if I want. These sound great for calls (just as good as my wired Blackwire) and I've had no issues with using them on Skype for B and MS Teams calls and meetings at work. I like how the mute button works as it should within Skype. I read a lot of reviews and watched a lot of YouTube comparisons between these and they Voyager 6200 UC and these seemed to sound better because of the better proximity of the mic to your mouth. I also like that these are magnetic and are therefore less floppy. The Voyager doesn't have that feature. And because these are in-ear instead of over/on-ear, they're much easier to port around. I basically put them on before I leave the house in the morning and wear them home at night. No fuss. They take forever to charge but they really do last all day so I accept that trade-off. So these are worth $200 for me but if you don't need the Skype for B/MS Teams/Lync connectivity, I'd say don't buy these. There are so many better ways to spend $200 on Bluetooth earphones/headphones. In fact, you don't even need to spend that much. Get a Radsone ES100 and plug in your own high-quality headphones of choice. But if you want a portable Skype for B/Lync/Teams solution, I think this is a great choice. BTW - I saw a lot of reviews on Amazon saying they had problems with static and I first bought these from Amazon Warehouse to try to save a little money and that pair had that problem out of the box. I found it was an issue only when noise cancellation was on. I returned those and bought a new pair at full price. I have had them now for just about 2 months and haven't had any problems but I also bought an extended warranty since it did seem to be a fairly common problem. I will update if I run into that issue.

Highly recommended with some experimentation
I was hesitant to get these after reading many of the poor reviews, but ultimately decided to with a warranty in case anything did happen past the OEM coverage period. I'm an extensive gadget researcher, and at the current time, these are the only call center quality earbuds out on the market that have the connectivity and features I want. I've now been using these about 6 months/5 days a week on a pretty decent call load schedule (5-6 hours a day). So far, they've performed exceptionally well using the Jabra USB dongle (primary) and bluetooth (personal phone). When I first received these, I was always looking for or waiting for any issues to come up with the robotic sound issues that other reviews mentioned, and did have a couple calls where someone mentioned that, but experimented with different setups (using Chrome instead of Safari as the browser for the VoIP service), WiFi vs. Wired internet connection (most of you will say duh use wired), and finally ANC on vs. off. What I use on a day to day basis is ANC off because since these are earbuds, they do a pretty decent job masking ambient noise, and I sit in a quieter workspace anyways. When I've been in much noisier environments, I felt the ANC did do something, but not so much that it made an incredible difference. Having ANC off also gave me a couple more hours of battery life, and I never had anyone complain of the robot sound issues. Since I've had them, Jabra has also updated the firmware automatically several times, which could have patched up any issues. Would I recommend these? Absolutely yes. I use them more than any other headset or earbuds I have, including the Sennheiser MB Pro 1, AirPods, and Powerbeats. Use some experimentation if you get them. For me, both WiFi and Wired internet connections work flawlessly, with Bluetooth or USB, but I usually have ANC mode off.

Expensive Failure
What a colossal failure! For noise-canceling headphones, weighing in at the high-end of the cost spectrum, they fail at almost everything they claim. The earbuds don't seal. Massive failure. My $12 Wal-Mart earbuds seal better. Given three sizes of earbuds, every one of them fails to seal. The ANC only mutes the sound. It doesn't cancel out the noise. I hear everything in my office. My Sony ANC blocks out everything, but I was hoping for a neckband form factor. This headset forgets how to connect to my iphone every time I turn it off. I have to retrain it every time. The sound is terrible. Music sounds like I'm listening through tin cans and string. Voices cut out on phone calls. I have nothing good to say about sound quality and I'm no audiophile. I just need clear sound. I don't get it with these. I will NEVER consider another Jabra product. EVER!

Perfect earphones for back to back meetings
I purchased the Jabra Evolve 75e because it was on the list of recommendated headsets at my workplace. I've been using them for several months in my work from home setup, they provide good quality and comfort during many daily Microsoft Team meetings. I personally don't like over the ear headphones and find them very uncomfortable if worn for multiple hours. I can wear these headphones for back to back meetings without feeling my ears sore or sweating. Audio quality is OK, but I'm not an expert and I'm not that picky with audio. My colleagues definitely noticed I got new headphones and complimented my new voice quality. Noise cancelling is pretty decent too. People barely hear when leave blowers are running in my apartment complex or when the fire alarm is tested (and breaks everyday after for a week). I can still hear sounds around the house, but they're not as distracting. The battery gets me through 7-8 hours of meetings with no issues, I can't tell accurately how long they last since I charge them by default at the end of day most times. They charge really fast, 2 hours is more than enough for a full charge. When you start them and once battery is low, you get audio cues on battery level. The fact they are wireless adds to the comfort, since I can move around the house during meetings and stretch out. The setup was almost instant, I have the USB dongle in my laptop and the headset is also connected to my Android phone via Bluetooth. The buttons work well in Microsoft Teams, and I like the "busy" light feature (just wish people would actually look at it). The headphones come with extra tips for proper adjustments, and I like how sleek and practical is the case. It's the first time I actually got good use of the headphone case. Personally I wouldn't wear this for working out or anything active, the neckband moves and slips easily.

Long battery life and good noise cancellation
I've had these for 2 years. I use them for work calls from my laptop, use them with my Android phone for music, and use them with my Chromebook for watching movies. They last almost all day in active use with noise cancellation on. They are "office grade", meaning call quality and noise cancellation are really solid, but they aren't made for audiophiles. I've been keeping mine up to date with Jabra software and firmware, but like many others, mine have suddenly taken to a crackly, squealing in the left ear. It sounds like a loose connection internally or something, but doing a factory reset resolves it for a little while. That makes me think it's software related, though it will do it again a few days later even without any software updates. So, I'm in the market for a new pair. If Jabra would get that left ear issue ironed out, I'd get these again. (Though if they fixed that issue with a software update, these would have plenty of life left in them.)

Great for laptop and cellphone use
My wife and I made a trip out west in our trailer to visit our kids. Worked in our trailer along the way and while at their home. Needed a headset that allowed both of us to work in close proximity to each other. The noise cancellation and pass thru feature work well. I was able to easily switch between cell phone and computer use, but my wife had issues when doing so with her laptop. While we were close to each other, we still worked in different parts of the trailer. Not sure you could work right next to someone else and wouldn't recommend that. I find the fit very comfortable and the ear pieces stay in my ear very well. I could never use apple earphones because they constantly fell out of my ears. These stay put. I often wear just the right ear, as having both ear pieces in when talking is too much for me. Comes with small, medium and large ear pieces. After 6 weeks of use on the road I still use them daily at home. A couple things I didn't know when purchasing. The ear pieces are magnetic, so when not in use they stick together when hanging around your neck. Great feature. Also, when you receive a call, pulling the ear pieces apart answers the call. Took me a while to figure that feature out, thought it was something I was touching on the ear piece itself. I'm on the phone 6-8 hours a day for my job. I use this headset about 30-40% of the time and have never had any issue with battery life. I do plug them in every night so they are fresh for use in the morning.

Just the beginning day 1
I've only had these for 1 day so far. I've just performed a side by side comparison in my office with noise all around me with a set of the Bose QC 30 wireless in-ear phones. I have a Samsung Galaxy S9+ and I'm using the Google Play Music app that comes with the phone with my audio setting totally flat. My test music was a song from Korn and a song from Kidney Thieves. The Bose noise canceling is a bit better but not worth $299.00 price tag. The Jabra noise canceling worked just fine for what I wanted which was to shut outside noise down to a point where I didn't have to crank up the volume to hear the music clearly. The Jabra, in my opinion, has the superior sound over the Bose. Bright mid-range and highs with a crispness to them with a sufficient low end that suits my needs. The Bose were dull with very little dynamic clarity to them. I would call it muddled at best and even playing with the EQ on my phone I still couldn't make the Bose sound clear enough to my liking. At 299.00 I expect much better Bose. However, the Bose did seem to have the superior low end. I'm not a crazed audio file but I'm no slouch either. I'm accustomed to listening to mid to higher end Dennon, Paradigm, and Definitive Tech. powered units that drive Definitive Tech. and Paradigm speakers. I'm 46 so my tolerance to extremely low-end bass is getting to the point where if the speakers aren't equipped with sufficient mid-range and high-end drivers the bass will muddle the vocals clarity for me. I will be performing another side by side test at the gym later today which is what my primary use for these two headsets will be. My cursory judgment is that the Jabra is the best way to go at $143.74 vs. $299.00 for the Bose it almost seems like a no brainer at this point. More to come as I continue my testing. I've tested these at the gym and here is what I found. The Bose clearly had the hands up in the noise cancelation area. I had to adjust the low end on my phones EQ to keep the bass where I wanted it since the noise cancelation could isolate the background noise as well as the Bose. Overall the sound quality is much better than the Bose and for half the cost its a these are a NO BRAINER must buy.
