Mine was delivered next day! It measures oxygen saturation and pulse rate correctly (measured against my doctor's to test). It is easy to use and comes with a clear display for easy reading. It offers different data models and different display modes which I thought was really neat. Also there is an audible beep, not sure yet what that indicates yet but it's there! I've used a couple oximeters (outside of med facilities), and this one by far gives the most accurate results. It's as easy to use as they all are, and updates the info if you keep your finger in it, which is a nice feature. I feel like it refines the results in some of these cases. It also gives a graph and a perfusion index, which (as I understand it) is an estimate of how easily it's reading from your body there. A low number can possibly indicate certain issues, or bad circulation, etc. But don't freak out because it also seems to be affected if you're especially cold or dehydrated.I definitely recommend this oximeter.

Works just like the ones at the hospital/doctor's office. It is easy to use. The screen is nice and bright which makes it easy to read. It is amazingly accurate. It is battery-powered and small, so it is portable and will travel anywhere with you. Overall a great product!

This is working well for me regarding heart rate and oxygen levels. It’s simple and easy to use. You can alter the settings to vertical or horizontal whichever your preference is. Just remember, none of them read well with cold fingers so warm them up for consistent correct readings. Great price. Highly recommend.

I can't calibrate it, so I don't know if it's accurate. But it seems fine. If I hold my breath, the readout eventually shows my oxygen level drop, so it's doing something right. It might be accurate, but how would I know?Anyhow, I'll keep using it, and if it ever shows a dangerously low oxygen level when I'm not holding my breath, I'll take it seriously.

This pulse oximeter came in a box with comprehensive instruction handout and 2 AAA batteries. It was easy to use. I pressed the button to turn it on, depressed the edge of the clamp, inserted my index finger, and released the clamp. It automatically registered my pulse and oxygen saturation. It was as accurate as the reading from my doctor's office. As soon as I released my clamped finger, it read "finger out" and automatically shut off. To preserve the life of batteries, they should be flipped if not removed. If unsure or confused about the results, always ask a healthcare professional.

This pulse oximeter is working well for my teenage son in EMT training. He is learning to take vitals on patients. (The other students) The school does not have enough of these for each student, so he now has his own and doesn't have to wait for his turn.He wanted to check it for accuracy, and it works great! It measures oxygen levels and pulse rate.Definitely recommend!
