My cable malfunctioned just before the warranty was set to expire. Upon filing a claim, the company immediately issued a replacement. The new unit is functioning perfectly.

*Great cable and good warranty support, but the claim process is very lengthy* Review: I have been using the Duracell charging cable since 7 months, and the product works perfectly with excellent charging speed and build quality. I recently had an issue and had to use Duracell warranty service. While the final support and replacement service were good, *I found a major drawback in how lengthy and confusing the warranty claim process is.* Here are the two main issues I faced with the claim process: The warranty claim window is not directly visible or easily accessible on the company's main website. A direct link should be clearly shown on the homepage for customers. Because it was so hard to find, I first had to approach the Duracell International website to figure out the process, and only then was I directed to the Indian website of Duracell to finally register my claim. Overall, it is a reliable product with good after-sales support, but Duracell really needs to simplify their website interface so Indian customers can claim their warranty directly and easily without wasting time

Great durability and fast charging. Excellent build quality. The braided cord feels premium and the reinforced ends prevent fraying. It charges my devices quickly and looks stylish in the classic Duracell colors. Worth the slightly higher price tag for the peace of mind and best customer support
