This was a gift to celebrate moving into my work postion and new office. It arrived carefully packaged, and was in a beautiful velvet bag. The font and background are exactly what I wanted and it looks stunning on my desk. I highly recommend this product and believe it makes a gorgeous personal gift. The media could not be loaded.  I bought this it looks nice but it was damaged and the backing is peeling. When try to get a refund or a replacement it is NOT eligible for either so you are stuck with a damaged product. Poor customer service

The product arrived damaged. At first glance it looks good but with further examination a cracked corner was discovered as well as the backing coming off which is where the name is printed. I want to return it as it was a Christmas gift for my grandson in his first job.
