it is a good hotplate
during the second use, some grease spattered while frying burgers. i grabbed a paper towel to wipe the grease off the control knobs and the white paint they used to show heat settings simply wiped off the surface.so now it is guesswork as to the temp settings. in spite of this i love the way it heats so quickly and super easy to clean up.

Extra burners!!
Just needed a couple of extra burners when the family is here. This fits the area perfectly and seems to heat up really well.

Won't last long
Can't handle it's own heat, the labels are melting off prior to a simple paper towel wipe down after cooking on it for only 10-15min, I've barely owned this a month and it smells like its cooking it's internal components. Scared to use again 0/10
