First, let me say that I just love this thing! My kitchen is so much cleaner-- not only is it easy to sweep under it (vs. picking up bowls on the floor) but also my big dogs seem to spill a lot less food around the bowl this way.The one problem is a design flaw in that the walls are straight up rather than a buttressed, angled design. When my curious cats put their front paws on there, it threatened to fall over. If you have cats that want to jump on it, I think you could end up with food and water all over the floor.There are a couple of easy fixes, though. One would be to attach it to the wall through the extra holes (just put in eye screws in the wall and tie the dog bowl holder to them). What I did, though, was just to put some stick-on felt on the front bottom so that the container leans slightly backwards toward the wall. This was enough for my cats, who lean on it with their front paws but do not jump on it.

feels good quality however it is very thin and probably wouldn’t be very sturdy for an aggressive eating dog.. you’ll also have to be careful with the screws since they strip pretty easily..

I have a senior dog and we are trying to make his life as comfortable as possible. This elevated dog bowl set is perfect for him! He does not have to bend down so far to drink or eat and I truly do think he feels a lot better. There are 3 different height adjustments and we have it at the highest level. It was very easy to put together and took no time at all. The metal bowls it comes with fit beautifully in the stand and they are easy to clean.

I like how big the size of the bowls are. I can easily mix 3 cups of dry dog food and 1 full wet food together in the bowl. I have mid-large size dog and it provides right height for the dog for now. But I think as the puppy grows, I might have to buy other ones later. As far as the durability is concerned, it is not so sturdy as it shakes back and forth when my pup eats off of the bowls but they do not fall either. So...

My Pup really likes like it and he doesn't have to bend his neck anymore to eat or drink water ... The only thing they should do is add another brace so it will be more sturdy . Other than then that I would recommend buying it ...

It seems a little flimsy but my (aging and enormous) Doberman does appreciate not reaching to the floor level for her food and water. Dobermans are said to often have debilitating issues with the vertebrea in their lower neck, which can shorten their lives through infirmity. I like to think this might be relieved by raising her food and water off the floor, not as far to reach.

Height is fine, but the bowls sit so close together, I get food in the water, and vice versa unless I take them out of the rack.
