I haven't used it quite long enough to know the overall benefit to the thyroid itself, but i do find this to be a solid energy booster and it has lots of ingredients i know have been helpful for me in the past. Iodine was a key factor in faster healing from a car accident I had years ago, so I love that that's in here. The amount you take daily isn't very much when you pour it in the measuring cup, so this bottle will last a while. Be aware if you take the liquid straight like a shot you might get a warm rush similar to if you've ever taken a 24hr energy shot. I'd say this is the B12 since that ingredient is what the two have in common. It doesn't feel 'bad" but I preferred to pour the measured amount into my tea and avoid that flushed feeling. The flavor straight is decent; not so medicinal it is a chore to take but not SO yummy that you're ever in danger of wanting to have more than you should. I think it's a good balance for what the product is. While I still need to finish the bottle to have a full assessment, so far i do think it's beneficial to my energy for workouts and might be helping me avoid migraines too (zinc).

First off I highly suggest taking this with a full stomach. I think it made me a bit nauseous the first time I took it because I hadn’t eaten. The taste is not preferable to me, but I get that it’s medicine and I’m not gonna complain bc the effects are what I’m looking for when taking supplements. Good for energy or if you want a good boost of vitamins! Recommend taking, just have a chaser handy so that the aftertaste isn’t so strong.

I don't have thyroid issues but wanted to try this product since it contains all of the essential vitamins that I'm looking for in a daily supplement. After taking this every morning consistently over the last few weeks, I noticed that I have a little more energy in the morning which hopefully increases with continued dosage. However, it too sweet and has a strong medicinal taste which made it difficult for me to drink regularly. I also wish the measurements in the dosage cup actually matched the recommended amount (up to 3.9 ml) for convenience.

I was pleasantly surprised by the orange taste. I was expecting something horrible. I feel life it definitely works too. I have fibromyalgia and struggle with chronic fatigue every day. This gives me more energy and I noticed improved mood. The only issue i have is because of the dosage cup. I feel it would be best delivered in a box to protect the bottle as well as the quality of the plastic dosage cup. I would highly recommend changing the dosage cup appearance. You can't see the lines at all and taking the accurate amount is imperative. The cup needs to be redesigned. Otherwise great product.

I have been using this Thyroid Complex for about 2 weeks, and really amazed at how much better I feel. I'm no longer in funk , I have more energy, and noticed that I have lost a little weight that I couldn’t before I started this. I’m also not as hungry and have definitely noticed I’m naturally eating less. Can’t wait for results a few months form now. This product has a slight taste of medicine but without the strong alcohol taste of medicine. I would 100% recommend this product.
