How do you connect this via a 2 lane M.2 SSD port?

M.2 Converter Board. Install M.2 E Key Module into Converter board then Converter board into M Key Socket on Motherboard (M Key Socket = SSD M.2/NVME Socket)

Are there any known pci adapters that would allow me to integrate this tpu?

Yes, there are the m to e key or it might be e to m key adapters. I think they are around $10-20. First verify the key on this one, sometimes the seller has it listed wrong but you can verify the model number on the Coral web site. Then veify the adapter is the correct way. I think it was intended to fit into the SBC WiFi slot.

is it common for tech and toyz to scalp resell everything at twice the price then what you pay directly from google ?

Yes, many of them do that here. If you want the regular price then you have to either order direct or from the main electronics retailers in bulk. There isn't a way to stop the scalpers on here unless everyone refuses to buy at that price a bit like how people are now paying $100k for a $40k pickup. And new people don't know enough to check the retail or rrp. If you know of many people wanting them then the best is to get an order together and order direct then to make your money back, sell the remainder of the bulk at halfway between what you paid/retail price and what the scalpers are charging. They won't stop until they lose their power. It's the same way some are getting the $5-$40 SBC and adding $20 in cables then charging $120+. Once the price goes above 10% over retail+shipping then stop buying.
