I think this is OK as it has (apparently) zero fat but tastes like milk.I don't know how they do it but it's handy if out of milk

I can barely believe this is fat free. It is so creamy and I wouldn't be without this one now. Love it!

Really creamy and lactose free I love it. The only reason it’s a 4 and not 5 star is these are repeatedly advertised as non-dairy and they contain casein so they aren’t vegan and they aren’t dairy free so if your issue is dairy rather than lactose don’t buy it

EpicFast delivery, insane it's pretty much fat and sugar free. One teaspoon is 10 calories, that's all I use and it works like a dream!Being lactose intolerant I was over the moon to find something that didn't upset my tummy and this was it!
