Hello! I have been using Always brand for about 10 years now. Always Ultra Thin (Size 5) is better than Always Maxi (size 5). Both comes in purple color, but the Always ultra thin comes with 92 pads, while always maxi comes with only 36 pads. I used to buy always maxi at only rite aid store back then!. Always ultra thin is better for me because I do not notice I am wearing a pad contrary to always maxi, that looks really bulky and if you wear it for too long, you will see that some of the pad is coming off with some flakes. But always ultra thin is not like that at. It is super absorbant even after wearing it for many hours and it doesn’t cause any rush and does not come off like the always maxi. Yes my period are heavy and the always ultra thin isn’t long enough for me to not mess my underwear and bed. It’s is good during the day, but at night it is still not enough and I am considering wearing the “always discreet boutique” that looks like a combination come underwear + diaper (you can look it up online) at NIGHT only to avoid messing my underwear, pants and bed! Great product

The number 5 offers great coverage and absorbency even overnight

They work well for normal to very heavy cycles. If you have an extremely heavy flow they still work but have to be changed more often. Keeps you dry, comfortable as a pad is going to be. Good value for the price.

I have been using this brand for 20 years and nothing else comes close. (Even tried always infinity and that was a horrific experience felt like the pad was drawing moisture from my soul it was terrible) anyway. Idk feel like the flaps/wings aren’t as sticky as they used to be but love that even these thinner pads can do the job of what other brands’ overnights can do. The always overnights are just too too thick I’d rather switch these out multiple times a night the. Sleep/ wear the overnights. I do feel like they maybe should reverse the ends make the back the from and the front the back for the size 4 and 5 but that’s a personal nitpick. You won’t go wrong with these for meadium to heavy days (if you are extremely heavy prepare to change every 30 min to and. Hour these only hold so much without getting the ick feeling.)

I used these postpartum once my flow had lessened. Very thin but as long as a night pad. Has wings too. I took 1 star off as sometimes when I take the pad off, part of the tape from the wings stays on my underwear and can be difficult to remove. This never was an issue when I regularly used Always pads 10+ years ago so I guess they're using cheaper materials.
