Works currently as on off switch
This doesn't really dim my string lights, perhaps it just doesn't like LED lights. I have to turn it almost all the way before they come on. Then a very slight turn down and they are back off. Might work fine if you have older non led lights.That being said I don't have another dimmer to test lights with, they are rated as dimmer compatible but have never been tested.
