This fan is working well as its running is concerned, but I find one issue that is air flow which is not as it is expected. Even at its full speed it does not provide any air if you move just two to three feet away from its center. I have been using number of fans of this company which are working well. I am disapponted with this unit and request if any one from your end come and help me out . In case replacement of this unit with some higher quality of product is possible, please look into, I will be happy for paying more if its air coverage is increased.

Looks exactly like the traditional non-bldc fan. The size of the fan is also exactly equal to the traditional fan.Its easy to install. Just attach the blades + hanging rod+ wire and hook it to the ceiling.It's packed with the motor head, 3 blades, 2 canopes, 1 false ceiling cover , the hook screw accessories, remote + batteries and a warranty card.As advised by them on the packet, we need to avoid using the traditional speed regulator and instead do a direct connection.This one (efficio alpha) comes with led indicators. When you adjust the speed on the remote, those many led's will glow for a second. You can turn on/off the leds full time using the respective button on the remote. The remote also has boost mode, timer and sleep mode.By default (as the fan comes in the packing), the fan when turned on will be running in boost mode without even using the remote. Just use the wall switch to turn it on/off as usual. Which simply means, if you are placing the fan in a location where it should always run in boost/full speed. dont even open the remote and battery pack. Keep them in your shelf. ;-)For me, it's feeling a 100% value for money as its delivering very high air flow. I had to reduce the speed at midnight, while my previous traditional fan was always running on top speed.The color and glossy finish is good.The build quality is also good.Hope, the motor and the remote will last long....Overall, so far, feels like a worth purchase.Expecting to see the savings in my next electricity bill

Works well since Installed ,Remote Works Well .Silent and Efficient and gives good performances

It's good for its price but I have encountered some problems.1. The fan vibrates at maximum speed which is unpleasant.(The fan rod is completely tight)2. Sometimes the fan makes a metalic banging sound which is also unpleasant.Atomberg needs to address these problems.

I m writing this review after 2 month of use. Good product working smooth. Remote control range is low, need to excet towards fan for operating, less power consumption compare to regular induction fan but rmp also low compared to regular fan.price little high. But other things good. Rpm need to improve by atomberg this is ther only thing to improve.

Does not perform as better as normal high speed fan, but worth the savings

I am writing this after using the fan for 2 years. If somebody is confused over conventional vs bldc fan, then the first choice should always be bldc fans. This fan or all bldc fans has better speed than conventional fans that is outstanding and even if there is slight voltage drop, the speed remains consistent. I have 3 atomberg bldc fans and they truly consume less electricity than the other fans and gives more speed and as such more air circulation. Its best if someone wants better speed and more consistent air circulation. What may be frustrating a bit is the fact is that out of 5 speed options plus one booster, there is huge difference when we reduce the speed to 3 or lower value. Its too slow and cannot provide an in between the fast and too slow speeds. That is a drawback as the fan becomes too low for any speed from 3 or lower and that is not yet looked by the company yet i guess although I am not sure about other company bldc fans. Also, for size, it is advertised as 1200 mm or 1400 mm blade-size fan, similar to conventional 1200 mm or so ceiling fans. However, because it uses a brushless motor, the fan hub is noticeably smaller, and the overall blade span/radius from the center of the fan to the blade tip is also smaller than I expected than our older conventional fans and hence actual total coverage area feels smaller than the conventional fans. Looks great and much convenient with the remote.
