The instructions for this pen are terrible, not user friendly at all, and when it comes to putting the door together it doesn’t even show you how to do it, you have to figure that out on your own. My husband had to unbend a few of the poles to make this pen go together correctly, and there wasn't even enough wire mesh to completely cover the door. We did not have any mesh hanging over anywhere to have made it shorter than it should have been either. We have another pen we got from another company that was so much easier to put together, and it had plenty of wire to cover and had enough for overhang on it. I wouldn't buy this one again.

We had to unbend 6 poles, not sure if they were bent in shipping or making but that was annoying. Not enough zip ties and instructions were not user friendly. Doesn’t go into appropriate process for how to do netting etc. just vague. Missing parts (screws and one incorrect connection piece) overall will not buy from this company again

Do not buy this for your chickens. The instructions are terrible. When it comes to putting the door together it doesn’t even show you how to do it. I tried to put the hinges and door on every way I could try and it did not work. I had to go and buy my own stuff to put the door on properly. The middle piece that holds the structure up is too tall so if it is up it makes multiple parts not flush with the ground. It is not how it is pictures. The company is rude and does not refund because I could not show them pictures of what did not work. And I couldn’t show them because I had already bought other things to make this predator proof for my chickens to use. I had to put more money to make this a proper place for my chickens and to feel like they are safe. Do not buy.
