I recently had knee surgery and I am able to twist and do low impact workout. This is my new best friend

I like it a lot. I keep it in front of my tv. It’s a lot more difficult than I thought it would be, which is good.

FEEL it in your Core Section
I really feel it in my Core ( Mid section)However its not quite as easy to pivot as I'd hoped..Still works...but could be improved

Total not worth it.
After getting I find it does not twist even with a child of it. It does not feel like it would hold much weight. Then in picture it must have someone real small because my feet can not spread as much as pictures.
