This is a brilliant book for anyone who loves cheese and who doesn’t!I have eaten in Mathews restaurants several times and now I can try his recipes at home.Beautiful photos, lots of information and altogether a fun read.The recipes are easy to follow and I have already mastered several.Well done Mathew & Patrick it’s a classic.

If you love cheese or even enjoy on occasion this book is perfect. It is packed with interestingand sumptuous recipes! Approachable and clear instructions.I particularly liked that included in the recipes are how to make pairings, recipes for suggested sides as well as cocktails. It makes for a very interesting read, packed with useful tips regarding buying and caring for cheese and much more! Strongly recommend!

This was a gift for family members who aren't as well versed in the dark arts of cheese eating. The recipes and pairings are really well written, easy to follow and we've already made a few batches of the cheese puffs - amazing! Definitely worth buying and sharing the knowledge with your friends and family, you'd be surprised how much information is stored in this book!

This book is not only packed full of delicious recipes, it's also beautifully written with loads of charisma and interesting information. I don't often read all of the extras around recipes but I really loved reading about the world of cheese and the experiences of Mathew and Patrick on their 'cheese life' journey. Beautifully photographed and the recipes are clear and easy to follow. Thank you for a book shelf FAVOURITE.
