Looks nice, design flaw
The media could not be loaded. One of the brackets was not formed correctly. (The one on the right) it will not allow the cover to stay seated on the wall. As soon as weight is applied it pulls from the wall. On both sides but worse on the flawed bracket. As long as the brackets are sealed water shouldn’t be an issue. It’s cosmetic but would be nice to have the covers sealed as well.

Wife loves it.
My wife just loves having a place to shave her legs now. Very sturdy

Problem with product
My return window is closed. We just had this installed today and have an issue! Is there someone to contact for help? The plastic covers pull away when the seat is down! Poor design and now I am stuck with this in my beautiful new bathroom!

Plastic bracket covers
Plastic pieces that cover the metal brackets are flimsy and move away from wall when you lower the seat leaving a large crack not a very good design other than that looks very nice and sturdy

Use every shower
Very happy with this shower seat, great for shaving and space saving as well as to sit. Installation was not hard but need to take care.
