Recommended by my physician
So far, so good. My husband has signs of prediabetes. I have Type 1 diabetes and we both take this product. I have previously used a berberine supplement because it lowers insulin resistance. I especially like Glysema better because it contains berberine plus other supplements that work together to support health blood glucose management. My physician takes this himself, and recommended it to us.

Good luck!
I Had the whole bottle and didn’t have much different 😕. I’m very strict with my diet and exercise everyday 40-60 minutes sometimes more so i didn’t see any improvement. So sad because I think they got a good formulation!

Seriously?!
I was initially thrilled to find this formula but once I paid close attention to the ingredients I'm totally dismayed. The manufacturer was off to a grrrreat start! Berberine! Alpha lipoic acid! Methylcobalamin! Great form of B6, too. What the heck? Synthetic folic acid which is not friendly to a great percentage of Americans with MTHFR genetics. And seriously, a weak form of magnesium, not once but twice? Com'on, the manufacturer can do much better by including magnesium citrate at least, how about a lil magnesium sulfate for the joints too or how about magnesium threonate to help with brain health? If this were going to be a top notch glucose formulation I'd expect to see a combination of gymnema sylvester, bitter melon, and perhaps real cinnamon bark. If they truly cared they'd have added selenium and vanadium to the formula. Surely by now everyone in the industry has heard the importance of vanadium to glucose health but selenium? Perhaps they need to pay more attention to the research of my personal hero - Dr Joel Wallach DVM ND and his wife Dr Ma Lan MD OMD or the countless books they've written including research on primates, selenium deficiency, cystic fibrosis induced in adult primates and the related heart, lung and pancreatic changes uncovered - afterall didn't we already learn this lesson about Keshan disease in the Chinese village by the same name? The cure was selenium supplementation. Anyway, back to the drawing board, I'd like to see a new formula cover all these bases.

good for late night meals
I end up eating later at night because of our schedules. I would prefer to eat earlier but can't. This supplement helps when I eat later at night. This helps me sleep through the night because it prevents my blood sugar from dropping in the middle of the night. I don't have diabetes and I am not prediabetic either. My A1C is 4.7 which is fantastic, but I still have middle of night blood sugar drops if I don't take this supplement.

I guess this is not what i need.
I am not going to slam the product because I am not sure what the real problem is but after taking these I did not feel great. I felt tired and "out of sorts". I never took it again and I have felt normal ever since. So, this is something that you will have to try and see how it works for you. I wish that it had a made a positive difference for me.

Seems to help with sugar spikes
I have been taking this for a few weeks now and this seems to help with my sugar spikes. My A1C hasn't been tested yet so I'm interested to see how that goes. I know Berberine is an effective product to use as it's been around for centuries. Chromium and ALA has also been shown to have good results per multiple studies. My energy level seems to be up a bit and my tiredness after a meal is better also. Looking forward to some more improvements with continued use.
