I recently had a Target associate select/substitute a different Sensodyne in a pick up order. No problem, things happen and the toothpaste works fine. However, it quickly became the bane of my morning and evening routines because it had a screw top lid.A quick search in Amazon delivered a solution. These lids are easy to “install” and provide a clean squeeze every time. My son was envious (even though his toothpaste had a flip top) and asked for this upgrade. I obliged and have been delighted. The clean squeeze helped keep his toothpaste tidy too!I do think it requires a bit more effort to squeeze the tube. While there may be benefits for arthritic hands if dexterity to screw/unscrew a lid is problematic. If hand strength is a concern, the extra effort to squeeze the tube may present a challenge.

I have hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, and my hands are too weak to open a tube of toothpaste. I told my OT about the problem, and she recommended these as the solution. Just remove the cap that came on and tube and push this into place. When you squeeze the tube, toothpaste comes out in a nice thin line on your toothbrush! When you stop squeezing, the hole closes by itself, and the tube is closed! Presto!I bought this product because the standard size doesn't work with the prescription toothpaste my dentist wants me to use. This XXL size fits Clinipro Rx toothpaste tubes perfectly!

悪くはないが、海外製の歯磨きにつけるとネジの部分が折れたりする。接続部の負荷に耐えられないんだな。つけたら、あまり触らないことだ。　あと、ネジ部、突出部が嵌合式の場合、摩擦が足りずすっぽ抜ける可能性あり。ネジの切手ある歯磨き粉をお勧めする。
