Very comfortable and easy to adjust tension with the straps if you need it. It gives great support to my knees. It's also a great value compared to big box stores. The size for me was perfect.Just make sure you measure your thighs as shown in the pictures so you can get the correct size.Each one of the braces as a loop on the back to slip the strap through so it won't slide around which allows you to adjust the tension for your needs.

This was a godsend until I could get in to the orthopedic immediate care and get some steroid shots. You get 2 in a pack. They helped A LOT with support for that "wobbly" unstable knee-about-to-give-out feeling.The top/thigh edge rolls down a little, with wear (for me, an 8 hour work day, plus walking or taking the shuttle bus between remote parking and my job, in the morning and back again at the end of the day). Even with the Velcro straps, the top edge rolls a little. I thought the straps were for support, but actually the sleeve is supportive enough on it's own - like a compression sock, except solely for the knee.But after using these several times, I now think the Velcro straps are to keep the upper (thigh) edge from rolling down. Because, without them, the top/thigh edge would definitely roll all the way down, & no longer cover the thigh above the knee.So, the straps are still useful - just not for the reason they appear to be for.
