I never realized magnesium could help me sleep. My nurse practitioner recommended I try them. These are tasty and, combined with my other sleep aids, seem to get me to sleep better than I can sleep without them. I started with a 400 mg gummie from another brand. I didn't realize these were only 100 mg even when I took the first one. They did the trick and if I don't need 400 mg, why take it? My newest, trusted sleep aid. I love this supplement, I tried some before and really noticed a differences in how I felt when I ran out, I've told all my friends, you got to try this stuff! The kids love them, but they’re too expensive to continue. At the current price it’d be like $40-$50 a month JUST to give our three kids these daily. Ugh. Sadly need to find a cheaper more sustainable option.
