Very very clean rye, drmyc pulls it off for all us to have an even lesser chance of contamination. I will always go through drmyc for anything I possible can. Oh when doing the 24hr soak add some of there gypsum and after complete process watch how much faster colonization takes place and super heathy. Much appreciated drmyc and team…

Great pink oyster spawn.
These worked incredibly well for pink oysters. I was able to use liquid culture into these rye berries and then go to sawdust but within 2 weeks.

decent mycelium growth rate
The grain work good for mycelium growth. If you are doing small batches the price is ok for what it is. if you need more than one bag, I suggest going to the grain store and washing your own grain.

I use these to add to my sourdough starter
These work great to boost my sourdough starter. really helps it rise. I just grind maybe half a cup at a time and use that for feeding. So the seeds stay as fresh as possible. Great value for the price.

Super clean!
Very impressed with how clean the rye berries are. I rinsed them in a bucket to clean them up and the water stayed completely clear! Turns out I’d need not rinse these at all. Thank you for producing a clean high quality product at a fair price.
