Fabio's 30-Minute Italian: Over 100 Fabulous, Quick and Easy Recipes

i loved fabio when he was on top chef- he's not only authentic, but really hilarious too!! so i bought the book because who wouldn't like having nice meals you can cook in 30 minutes? i am so glad i did!! i've tried about 12 recipes out of this book so far, and have been so happy with each one!! there are a couple that take me over 30 minutes to prepare, but i can sometimes be a little slow when i'm prepping, but i haven't had one that i wouldn't make again!!

This work is quite well some and we have worked our way through about a third of the recipes and have not encounter one that was not great.The recipes are well written and quite precise. I do all of the cooking in our home and am not as use to cooking as my wife (do to illness I have had to learn) and it I can follow these direction then anyone can.The only complain I had (and it is not much of a complaint) is that there was a great emphases on seafood (Italian cookbook – go figure) and as we live is Missouri in a rather isolated area sea food is difficult to find so I have had to modify some of the recipes using local fresh water critters which has worked out find – so far.Anyway I like this book and an constantly using it and play to purchase a pasta maker soon.

Interesting recipes that i would like to try. However, unless you live someplace like NYC you can't get all of the ingredients.

Fabio's 30-Minute Italian is filled with delicious, easy to follow recipes. I would recommend this cookbook to anyone who loves to cook Italian food without all the fuss.

I love to watch Fabio's videos on how to make some meals. He explains as he goes and makes everything look so easy and delicious. The cookbook has a lot of great meals in but I wish it would have had more common meals.

This is another fun Fabio book. It is not just a cold presentation of recipes. He fills it with wonderful stories of the Italian kitchen and family tradition.

Fabio gives wonderful tips, nit heard before, and his food is fresh, easy, authentic and tasty.......a lovely book.

I like it, it's not perfect or incredible, but useful, and filled with interesting tips..... It's worth taking it for a read, and then cooking something from it. Watch his videos on-line.... he makes some really good stuff.

Great he was one of my favourite contestants on top chef and I really enjoyed the stories about his childhood growing up in Italy and the recipes are well laid out and the pictures are nice and clear As well
