Mission USB Power Cable for Fire TV

Bought to use with the latest 16gb 4k firestick. You cannot get a cleaner installation than this. It also takes care of underpowered USB ports on older tvs. Works absolutely perfect. there is no lag whatsoever which is common on USB ports from older tvs. However... When the Instructions tell you to connect to the USB port and let it pre charge for 10 minutes you have to absolutely follow this. Plus it's not just plugging it in while the TV is off. Turn your TV on and plug it in and let it pre charge. Let it charge longer than 10 minutes. I connected it to the TV while it was off thinking it was charging but it wasn't. you will know it's charging if the blue lights on the device are on. Connected my firestick and it was awful...slow laggy and there was a white line showing on TV near the bottom. I initially thought the old TV I had it connected to was finally giving out. Tried putting it on other tvs and still the same results not realizing it didn't pre charge correctly and that white line still on bottom of screen on all tvs I tried (2 other tvs) At this point I put it back on the TV I intended to use it for and just left it on. I thought maybe a defective firestick. Left it alone to eat lunch and figured I would process the return. When I went to go look at the firestick after lunch I noticed the line was gone. It was lightning quick and snappy and functioned as it should. Looked here and sure enough people say the pre charge is so important. It 100% is a must and I would let it pre charge longer than the suggested 10 minutes. Connected to other tvs again and no issues it was this device not having the adequate charge causing the display issue and slow response. I've been watching TV for an hour now and no issues whatsoever even watching heavy load 4k content streaming. Awesome device. Works as it should for a super clean install especially if you do not have access to pulg in the firestick power cord which is ridiculously short to begin with. Awesome product

I found this item by accident. USB power cable, which is made for any of the Fire Sticks. This replaces the power cords for your fire-stick. You get the power through your USB plug on the TV. Works great and is fast to set up.

I bought a new TV that I wanted to put on a new wall mount and minimize the number of power cords needing connected below the TV (or having work done to add an outlet higher up or use a wide cable channel or whatever). I also bought a Fire TV Stick 4K Max and knew that they have a fairly short power cord (I have 2 others) which makes wall mounting a TV potentially even more of a problem. So I thought I would try the Made for Amazon USB Power adapter to give it a try. I was skeptical, but Amazon claimed it would work and at worst I could return it. I was surprised that it worked great! I have now been using it for almost 9 months and haven't noticed any issues. Does seem a little pricey, but it has made using the Fire TV Stick in this situation much easier.

Si ha cumplido las expectativas dando alimentación al receptor de TV Amazon que adquirí en paralelo. Sin embargo, el receptor venía con su propio adaptador de corriente para alimentarlo. Como idea de mejora hacia el proveedor Amazon, deberían dar la opción de adaptador de corriente o de cable de alimentación al comprar el receptor de TV evitando así que material de este tipo sea proveído de forma inútil al consumidor final. En mi caso, el adaptador de corriente terminará en un cajón con algunos otros de forma inútil.

Ce câble devait régler un petit problème que je rencontrais avec mon Fire TV Stick alimenté directement par le port USB de mon téléviseur. L'installation parait très simple. Comme indiqué par un ami qui m'a conseillé cet achat Le câble paraît bien fabriqué et les connecteurs tiennent correctement en place. J'ai retourné le produit car je ne pouvais pas l'adapter à l'arrière de ma tv Dans mon cas, Amazon à procéder au retour.
