Helps overall health. Small digestive pills easy to consume. Pills have a bland taste not so good.

Because vitamins & supplements are not closely regulated it’s difficult to gauge the effectiveness of one brand versus another. All I can attest to is that my experience with this brand had no ill effects and that the price point is a bit high since it's 3 capsules per dose.The main ingredient touted here are C, D, and Zinc. These ingredients are typically found in immune system boosting supplements. There's a long list of other ingredients, but it's not specified in what amounts. I am also surprised that it doesn't include saw palmetto which is commonly found in other prostate supplements I've used. I've used prostate supplements regularly. I don't consider these capsules high potency since it's 3 per dose.

I got these for my husband to help with the frequency of his trips to the bathroom throughout the night. He was apprehensive about taking the supplement and so he began with 1 or 2 capsules instead of the recommended daily dose of 3. Within a week, he was a able to get a better night of sleep because he didn't need to wake up to pee every 30 minutes! However, he also cut back on his intake of liquids before bedtime, so we're not sure how much of a role that has played in the frequency of his urination. Even if it's a combination of the two, since the introduction of Urinoct Pro Prostate, he only gets up once or twice to pee as opposed to countless times each night. I call that a win!

Since we are getting older my husband has noticed he is urinating more frequently or at least feeling the urge to go alot more and sometimes having problems. We ve checked out many brands of prostate support and haven't really noticed any effects. Most usually have some form of saw palmetto but this one has high doses of vitamin c, d, and zinc. This supplement has 98%of your daily vitamin c, 625% of your daily needed vitamin d, and 455 % of your daily needed zinc. The highest dose of vitamin d for a healthy adult is 100 mcg and this contains 125. For the zinc a healthy adult male should take no more than 40 mg and this has 50. Zinc is great for you but taking too much can lead to diarrhea , upset stomach and vomiting. So for these reasons my husband stopped taking it after a couple of days.

It's really hard to judge a supplement like this by a one month supply since it usually takes longer to see the full effects. Also, bathroom trips at night can vary for a lot of reasons. Even having the same amount of liquids your bathroom trips can change. That being said, I think these have lessened the frequency of how many trips I make. Some nights I can be up every 90 minutes. Some nights every couple of hours. These appear to have dropped those down to 3 total trips, about one every three hours. More time would be needed to fully understand the effects of taking these.

Please consult your physician for medical advice.This particular supplement has an interesting mix of vitamins.The 3 main ones are Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin D.The recommended daily allowance of these 3 vitamins in this formula are quite high.The Vitamin C dose alone is higher than my individual vitamin C supplement!Same goes with the zinc and Vitamin D added to this complex.Please be aware of this fact. If you're taking a regular multivitamin, you may be taking in far more of these 3 vitamins than your body needs.As far as the Proprietary Blend goes...It has quite the melting pot of various vitamin in the mix. I see many are for anti-oxidant purposes and some are general good ones for the body, although the exact proportions of each isn't mentioned. It only specifies 1113 mg of this proprietary blend.This is a potent proprietary blend. Included is Black Pepper Extract which is commonly used for absorption (aka piperine) but again, the amount isn't specified.I love this added blend, but what worries me a little is the crazy amounts of the 3 main vitamins in this complex. Again, be aware of this if you're taking a multivitamin and compare the dosages to prevent too much of these, especially Vitamin D and Zinc which can be harmful in higher dosages.
