I take this to help me sleep. This is my second bottle and it works for me! I usually take it 1/2 hour before bedtime. In the past, I took a prescription sleeping aid until I started having horrible dreams. Then I switched to Melatonin, but after awhile that didn't work. Fingers crossed this is the answer.
