So I think this should really be marketed for 7-8 year old boys. A toddler would never understand what this is trying to be. My almost 8 y/o son, on the other hand, thinks this is the best flight simulator ever. As a bonus there's a microphone setting. Where he can record his instructions to the crew and passengers. He's been having a ton of fun with this!

Got two of these for my 5-year old twin boys' birthday and they absolutely love it! The details Melissa and Doug has put into this is just awesome. Lots of fun buttons for them to push with lots of familiar noises you'd hear on a plane (the seatbelt button gets me!). They can switch out the scenes so it's a great teaching tool about all the different places on the globe. There's even a button that says hello in different languages and plays music from that region of the world. It's well made and very durable. We'll have many years of play with this!

Perfect for the little pilot!

We got the Melissa & Doug Jet Pilot Interactive Dashboard for my daughter (who is obsessed with anything flight-related), and it has been such a sweet, engaging toy for imaginative play. The design is adorable and very well made — sturdy wood construction, smooth knobs, and bright but not overstimulating colors that feel classic instead of flashy plastic. What I love most is how interactive it is. The spinning dials, switches, and buttons keep little hands busy, and it really encourages pretend play. My toddler loves “flying” and pretending she’s in the cockpit, which is especially meaningful in our home since Daddy is a pilot. It gives her a fun, hands-on way to connect to that world in a way that’s age-appropriate. The sounds are gentle (not obnoxious), and the features are simple enough for younger toddlers to understand but still interesting enough to grow with them. It’s also great for fine motor skills — turning knobs, flipping switches, and pressing buttons all keep her engaged longer than most toys. Another big plus: it doesn’t require screens, lights that are too flashy, or loud music to hold attention. This is fun for the airplane loving kid. It is a nice size, but doesn’t fold up or anything for storage so it takes up a bit of space. It is easy to use and has quite a bit of features and sound effects. However, I do feel it is way way overpriced. I waited until this was on deal and even that was way too expensive. The controller doesn’t even move out for take off like a real airplane. It’s made well and I’m sure your kids would enjoy it but definitely wait until it’s on deal.

My 3 year old and 8 month old both love this toy. Very easy to assemble, it turns off on its own if left on (amazing feature), you can speak into the microphone and it repeats what you say, says hello in many languages which adds educational value, and it’s a good size. It was a hit on Christmas. Do not regret this purchase!

To be honest it’s very pricey for the size. When I received it I was disappointed how small it is. I gifted to a friend’s grandson. My friend is a pilot. The family and my friend loved it. I got pilot suit too. So they all died lol. The baby got so many presents on his birthday party. He was only playing with it whole time (during party) love all the details. Wish it’s little cheaper. If the price doesn’t scare you I recommend this 100%!

Mi hijo tiene obsesión con los aviones y dice que quiere ser piloto, así que buscaba un juguete simulador de avión para niños que no fuera el típico de madera y fuera más completo. Este es una maravilla y, a mi entender, vale cada euro que me costó, y no fue barato. Tiene muchos sonidos diferentes: de subida y bajada de tren de aterrizaje, de ponerse el cinturón, de encendido de motores, de aceleración, música de países y una cosa que a mi niño le gusta mucho es que puede grabar unos segundos su voz, igual que hacen los pilotos reales, y este juguete reproduce su voz pero más grave y le hace mucha gracia. A él le encanta y a mí me encanta verlo disfrutar.

Super jeu de simulation d'une cabine de pilotage d'avion. C'est vraiment génial ! C'est hyper joli, bien fait, les commandes sont reproduites pour les mains des plus jeunes. On peut changer l'ambiance ( jour / nuit ). Tout est bien pensé et ça semble de qualité. Seul bémol je pensais que ce serait un peu plus grand, mais finalement rien de bien grave. Il faut le poser sur une table pour y jouer correctement. Un très beau cadeau à faire et qui plaira à coup sûr !

My son is obsessed with this and he is eight years old. He loves anything that includes an airplane or emergency vehicles. It keeps him busy for hours with his imagination. Highly recommend. I would say it is definitely on the pricey side, but the joy that comes from it is well worth it.
