Easily resolves in water, or any liquid. Pleasant bland tast, smooth consistency, not grainy or lumpy. I feel it is very effective in creating muscle mass.

Good, will have to see long term effect

Mixed it in with iced tea and couldn’t taste it. This is good in my opinion as it is easy to drink and mix. It dissolves quickly and does not leave granular residue. It’s in a very fine powder, almost like confectioners sugar. Awesome product!
