Loved the gel cold packs, and haven’t used them for heat yet. Much easier and less messy than ice packs that drip. Having an extra one is great in case your spouse needs one, or you need one for extended periods of time, and can put one in freezer while using the other. They have a triple pack with straps for larger and smaller areas. Very happy with product at reasonable price.

If you haven't watched "Bob and Brad - the most famous physical therapists on the internet" you are missing out on some great, free advice on relieving pain. They also demonstrate simple exercises that can be done to strengthen muscles and increase balance. This Hot & Cold Gel bundle comes with 3 different sized gel packs that can be kept in the freezer or warmed in the microwave. And something I hadn't seen before - Two 24-inch adjustable velcro straps and one 6-inch strap that can be used on any of the 3 gel packs. The back of each pack has a soft fabric that the velcro straps can adhere to so you arrange and adjust the pack and strap it in place. The one pictured is the smallest one (10" X 5") that I use all the time on a shoulder injury. It easily fits under my shirt and around the portion of my shoulder/upper arm that needs TLC. Great quality and durability. I would buy this again and even give it as a gift to family and friends.

I ordered this ice pack after watching a Bob and Brad video. After putting in the freezer, it is not as pliable as advertised. However, it stays cold a long time. I ordered the medium size and it's perfect to go over my shoulder after it thaws out a bit. It has helped the pain I've been having a lot and I would definitely recommend and will order another. I have not tried it hot so can not review that.

I don’t have anything bad to say about this product. I am very picky when picking out ice packs and this one was perfect. It gets cold really fast and stays cold for a long time. It has a nice gel filing that makes it very moldable to position it perfectly. It is also wrapped in a nice fleece on one side, so there is no need to wrap a cloth around it. It also comes with a adjustable Velcro strap so you can secure it to the injured area, and move about. I don’t normally like ice packs and won’t use them but I love this one. You also have the option of using it as a heat pad, as it is a dual purpose, and is designed to do both. I would buy this product.

Had hand surgery and this was the best product I purchased. It relaxed the surgical sight to prepare to do physical therapy and it is soothing after exercise in its cool state. It was the perfect size folded over my hand.

I fell in the bathroom and hit my forehead on the floor which, caused a large lump to form on my forehead. I used the ice pack for a couple of hours, so the lump went down. Next day I woke up with a black and purple eye where the blood pooled around my total eye. I continued to use the ice pack for several days and most of the purple is leaving. So, I love the ice/hot pack and will use it every time I need it.

The Superior Quality of the iReliev Hot & Cold Therapy Gel Pack is evident even before you put it to use. My wife calls the iReliev Gel Pack the "Rolls Royce" of Hot & Cold Therapy Gel Packs. We are in our mid-60's and are very active with daily workouts and walk vs drive to most of our destinations in the city. I don't have a habit of writing reviews for stuff I buy here but this is amazing.From the completely removable elastic strap band to the ruggedness of the gel pack and its ability to remain cold for such a long time, everything about this exude quality and is well though out. I'm buying another one just to make the cycle hot/cold more convenient.

While more expensive than some similar products, this Gel Pack maintains its shape and consistency. Less expensive types tend to use gel that clumps after regular use and thus become unusable. This was our second purchase because the first is more than 6 months old and still working perfectly.

I have advanced arthritis in one of my knees plus a baker's cyst on the back of my knee. This works great on either side of my knee. The elastic band helps to keep it in place. I have not used it in the microwave.

My wife uses it for relief of pain in her shoulder.A larger size would be useful.
