Dell 74J6M Pro Stereo USB Headset, UC350, black

Laptop: Dell InspironOS: Windows 10For use on my work laptop, every other headset (bluetooth and USB) I've used for Skype, Teams and Zoom calls has had issues. These headphones worked out-of-the-box flawlessly, have not had a single issue with them since I received them for Christmas. Mic does a good job of cancelling ambient noise in the area me and the audio quality very good (I've had headphones with better sound, but these aren't for listening to music or playing games). I would recommend to anyone that is working remotely and uses conference calling apps to buy these.

I was hoping to buy a headset that supports side tone (allowing me to hear a bit of my own voice real time without delay or echo). This one supports it and works well. Usually this feature comes with much more expensive headsets. So this one is really great value. The sound quality is ok but sufficient for conference calls.

Decent headset and mic for work. Noise canceling mic works great when working from home. Tested with the tv on in the background and caller can’t hear it. Only me when I speak. Works for Skype and google hangouts calls.

It was a good investiment and it is fitted for my needs.

We often buy Dell products however this one fell short. Does not have a snug feel...too wobbly. The ear pieces are too small for an adult.Does not block sound as the ear pieces do not cover ears. Not the choice for a hard-core user.

These headphones work well for internet meetings. Nothing special, but consistently do the job!

This product was a major disappointment. The delivery took weeks. It was constantly delayed. When I finally got it, the audio quality of the product SUCKED. I get so many complaints during work calls. Honestly, I wish I'd never purchased it. I hope that's not the same experience for anyone else, but this is a truly regrettable purchase :(

I love it.My pc that is a Dell took that microphone/audio and make a click and embrace each other I so happy works so well on my PC.
