Looked all over for the size I needed and finally found this one. Very easy to install. Quality is great as well. Door opens and closes easily. Would definitely recommend!

The frame and door was sturdy. I used construction adhesive to secure to the dry wall. I used this to replace a cable access box that was only as big as a double outlet. Increase the hole size to the frame dimensions and it fit perfectly. Creates a clean look in the garage wall and allows for better access of the cable coax and fiber optic lines.

Looks good and works great. Easy to install.

Perfect fitment, nice quality

This was the exact size I needed, and was a very difficult size 10“ x 14“ to find. My only complaint is I wish they put standard flat screwdriver style locks on the door. I didn’t need a key lock in fact the bulge of the key lock was unacceptable for my application. And being the application is in a ceiling I don’t trust the simple little pressure spring lock so I am going to customize the door myself with some form of screw lock. But as stated the door is very nicely constructed solid and a great paint finish on it.

I really like how straightforward it is to use this as a template for creating an access hole for a wall cavity. It then easily covers this hole while providing a door, with a latch, for any future access needs. The metal device is quite sturdy and has effective hinges.

As long as you own a circular saw, it's easy to install. Installed in about 10 minutes! At leasti know I can crawl through it.

Very easy to install and looks awesome

Unfortunately looks like somebody scraped one Edge across an entire gravel driveway before shipping it out to me took me almost 2 hours to smooth The Edge back out and then had to repaint the metal so it would not rust
