Car dealership said I wouldn’t need a home charger when I bought my ‘23 Ford Mustang Mach-E. But the anxiety of public charging was too much as a first time user. The fact that I can plug my car in anywhere with this super portable L1 or L2 charger keeps my electric vehicle ready to take me where I need to got without having to rely on public charging.

Great item!! Came with adaptor to plug into 120v 15a wall outlet, normal house plug. It comes with a 20a with a sideways prong. It started charging my car ASAP and I can even see the amperage it is using on the little screen. Good quality screen, good looking machine. I recommend it!! I have used it about a week now, water resistant, works on an extension cord as I use a 20a industrial cable about 25ft long. I do not see why it is returned so much unless it didnt come with adapter?

Have used at 120 volt for a week and works well. Like the display of charging rate. Not all cables have this display. Easy to change charge rate. Well built. This is a good one.

Fits my 4xe Wrangler great. Charges well fairly quick for running off a standard outlet. Only taking a point off because the mounting holes could be a little larger to fit stronger screws.

Comes with adaptor for 110 & 220 volt. Not sure how you would plug into 220 volts, but it works great on 110. The charge is slow based on 110 but it started working as soon as I plug it in . Used it full time for about 2 weeks until my perment Level 2 charger was installed. No issues seems well built. Now in the trunk of the car for emergency charging. I am using it to charge a Honda Prologue

After 12 years, the charging cord from my 2012 Chevy volt finally stopped working. While I can still run on gas, it’s always great to run on electricity.The charger seems sturdy with excellent indicator lights. The included manual states.” do not use the EV charger when the vehicle or the charger is exposed to severe rain, snow or other inclement weather.” However it’s advertised as having a waterproof design..This charger came with an adapter to connect to a 120 V standard household plug. I just ordered a $20 dryer plug adapter from Amazon and look forward to charging at 240 V (20amp) with this charger. So far this is working great on the 120v plug.Cold weather is expected in my area next week, so we’ll see how it performs when temperatures are in the teens. ( Fahrenheit) or -12 (Celsius) I charge outside exposed to the elements. For right now, this is a very good charging cord at a good price!

So far, seems to work great. I do not understand the high return warning except people selecting the wrong current value. So far, i only used on a level one charger at work and, at 120V/12A. seems to work great. I wish it gave me and option to go 16A on a 5-20 outlet but I understand why they do not (easy for people to make a mistake and set it to 16A on a 5-15 outlet). I think this is a great charger cable meanwhile configured correctly.

Update - I wanted to update this to four start - after contacting the company through Amazon, they refunded my money and showed great customer service which was very much appreciated. So I have adjusted this rating. The charger did stop working but they made it better with the refund.I have been using this on a 20 amp, 120 volt circuit to charge my EV6 since late January. Never had a problem getting 1.8 kwh charge rate which is fine for the 20 amp circuit. Recently for no reason, I can only pull 1.3 kwh. Even that is not the proper rate for a basic 15 amp circuit - should be 1.4 kwh. I don't know why - nothing has changed on the car. I have tried a different plug, resetting the connection - nothing changes. Briefly gets above 1.4 and then goes to 1.3 kwh. Always went right up the max 1.8 kwh before the past few days. I assume based on other reviews that this has stopped working properly and now it doesn't work with the 20 amp circuit. Very disappointing to get barely two months of proper use out of this charger. Now have to look for new charger.
