looks good and feels well made
Bought to replace cheap plastic one that fell apart. All metal, looks good and feels well made. Really easy to fit using existing screw holes and plugs took less than 10 minutes.Some comments about shower heads not fitting in the holder ours fitted better that the previous one. appears a standard size to me. Only problem is it's so smart will need to replace the shower head and soap dish to match!

Sturdy, esay to install, looks great.
The quality of the product is really good. I bought and install a couple of rails much cheaper than this one, this time we decided to spend a little bit more. The difference is huge, it clamps the shower head perfectly, looks nice and is very sturdy. I highly recommend this product.

Great Quality Item
This was a purchase I definitely don’t regret. The riser looks absolutely stunning and much more expensive than it actually was. Easy to fix and very good quality

Not the best
Looks great but the shower head attachment holder is quite loose and won't tighten meaning the shower head tips forward. Wasn't a big issue to start as it was fine in the position needed for the adults but now it won't stay in any position so looking for a replacement.

We're delighted, it looks great and is easy to adjust even with soap in my eyes. Relatively ok to install though I had problems with the two 5mm grub screws

Be careful when handling!
I'm having a bad time with products and services provided by Amazon lately.Thanks to the high quality finish of this product, a piece of sharp of metal (swarf) 30mm long had been left as part of the manufacturing process, piercing my skin and causing considerable pain. The product arrived damaged with a dent in the rail – see photo.
