We have not used the clear version, but it will be used in the same way as the coloured type. It is best to use a header tank, either separate or combined with the water pump. In this case the liquid can be introduced via the tanks filler, which should be the highest point in the system. Allow the fluid to travel through all the pipework, particularly to the CPU water block and the pump. Leave an air-space at the top of the tank, to allow for expansion when the liquid warms up. Close the filler, start the pump, if possible without powering up the CPU, and wait until all air in the system has been expelled into the tank. Top up the liquid if needed, still leaving some air space. It should then be safe to start the computer. If a drawing is needed for the circulation system and list of components, many Web sites will have this, in general a fan will be needed to cool the radiator, which is best mounted outside the computer case.

Q: can i use this as an additive to the dionised water for my laser cutter?

This cooling compound is intended to to used neat, not diluted. Its formulation allows a cooling loop with different metals without electrolytic corrosion, due to its low conductivity. I do not know if it is better than purified water. My computer cooling loops use aluminium radiators and copper water blocks and so far no obvious sign of corrosion. It is not more thermally conductive than water.
