Real, Vol. 3

Coming from vagabond I knew this was gonna be good , but towards the end of Vol 3 it started hitting very deeply , people think they struggle in their day to day and maybe they do , but compared to someone who lost their ability to walk , your suffering is futile. The scene where takahashi hurt himself on purpose after seeing his dad for the first time in 8 years was painful but unbelievably powerful , and tackles some deep subject matter, and then afterwards their is a very funny scene where Nomiya gets a haircut which immediately lightens the mood with humor while still remaining serious.I’ll be ordering the next 5 volumes right away , great work by Takehiko Inoue.

Full of despair and so many other feels, in the best way possible. This manga started out excellent and just keeps getting better. I think I'm gonna see this one all the way till the end.

Bought as a gift from a wishlist, was what person wanted.

The best manga i have ever read. Inoue's mastery of pulling as much emotion from his art is amazing

It is masterfully written manga by Takehiko Inoue revolving around overcoming what life throws at you. Three main characters are trying to live their lives and find their path.You relate to them, because at least once in your life you had similar thoughts. As manga progresses you progress with it. You want to join them in their fights with obstacles. You want to go out and start playing basketball. You want to start studying and live your life at the fullest possible way. You are inspired not by their victories, but by their transformation. Journey is sometimes more important than the destination. And this is one of those times.
