Great results
Nothing about tiling a floor is easy. Every job is different, and most of the hard work is in the subfloor prep. However, peygran leveling system allows for an average joe to produce a a near professional result!

Very helpful in laying the long "wood-look" tiles
We used this system recommended by a friend. This was our first time tiling an entire room and I can't imagine doing it without this product. There is no lippage!

Work great
People saying they’re not good are the ones that don’t know how to actually prep the surface area before installing and or using the wrong sized trowel for the tiles being used

Interesting concept and beautiful results, but you could be redoing your floor in a short time.
Installed a new tile floor in 3 different rooms, my kitchen, a small bath, and the master bath. At first these seem really great because they nearly eliminate all signs of lippage and hold your tiles perfectly straight while you are laying them and waiting for them to dry. However, if your floor is not ABSOLUTELY FLAT, or if you are slightly off on the amount of mortar you use there is a good chance that when you go to tighten these down they will pull one of the tiles up off of the mortar bed enough that they won't stay adhered well for a very long time. I have a really large kitchen area and I hired a tile guy to install a new tile floor about 1.5 years ago. He thought it wouldn't be a good idea to use something like this, but I asked him to do it to reduce/eliminate the amount of lippage and he agreed. Well, 1.5 years later and we just got done replacing 75% of my kitchen floor because so many tiles were coming lose. He used all the proper backings, etc, but I guess over such a long run there was enough waviness to the floor that this product caused a lot of the tiles to lift up just enough that the tile did not create a proper bond.Luckily, the original installer helped to re-lay these tiles (without this product) for a much lower price because he was mortified by the results as well.I used the same system in a small bath and have already replaced 4 tiles that came lose, and I can tell the master bath is on its way to start coming lose too, but is not as bad since it is a much lower traffic area.Really disappointed.
