I ordered this pillow after my other order for a different pillow failed to ship after I placed my order a week ahead of surgery. This order arrived the same day I ordered with Amazon prime. Was definitely worth the money. It started to inflate as soon as I opened the plastic wrap. I let it sit for a day before using, the fabric is soft with some texture as seen in the pictures. The double handles help for adjusting the pillow easily. The foam is soft yet durable enough it holds leg stable, doesn’t give to the wight of the leg. I have not used the pillow at lowest height yet since I just had my surgery. So far have only used all 3 parts (as one) and without the very top insert which has a ton of use options. It’s light weight so moving and adjusting it has been pretty easy to do by myself. Would definitely buy again and recommend if you’re having any type of leg surgery and have to elevate your leg!

I had Achilles tendon reconstruction and this pillow has kept my ankle elevated. I am able to move other leg and hip after laying a while.

This has been a lifesaver for my knee surgery recovery! It it so lightweight & handy for me to use & great for elevating my leg.

i get a lot of use out of this pillow! i am still using it after mostly recovering from my knee surgery. the size is perfect for me, maybe a bit large if you share a bed. the memory foam is firm enough to keep its shape without sinking into it. two small points against it:- the top pillow insert does not anchor to the pillow, and constantly slides off, making it basically unusable for sleeping. this was pretty frustrating, as i wanted any extra height i could get.- the removable cover is prone to pilling, especially if you use a brace. the picture shown is after ~2 months of pretty regular use. this is an aesthetic problem & doesn't affect functionality, so it's not too big a deal.overall i'd say this is a great value for what you get. it's ergonomic & very comfortable, & as someone with lifelong knee problems, i wish i'd had this even before my knee surgery.

Used this after an ankle surgery and it was a huge help with elevating my leg. Easy to adjust and keeps your leg in place. Definitely would get if having any kind of health issue that needs your leg to be elevated.

This product is amazing! Total game changer if you had any sort of leg surgery and need to elevate! No messing with pillows falling over as you try to stay elevated…this is comfy and easy to put in place and is even comfy to sleep it! Buy it!

I purchased this for my recovery from an ankle replacement and it work out perfectly. I definitely recommend this for post surgery and for swelling when it's just for one leg. It has the ability to adjust to three different heights depending on your needs. I still use it for post surgery and swelling. I definitely recommend.
