I needed a weatherproof plug to hook up my engine block heater on my truck and ice melting pads for my front steps….decided to give this a try as I wouldn’t have to go outside and plug them in every time I needed to use them. Works perfectly with their app over WiFi. Each outlet is independent of the other and easily controlled.The build quality is outstanding, the plug is heavy duty and stands up to our cold climate exceptionally well. Setup was easy using the app and I can control it through my Google Nest app.

I have been using it for few days now. I have 2 more outdoor smart plugs, but this one is the best. Connecting to the app is a breeze. It works with Alexa and google, which is helpful. Power points are 1- Two separate plugs separately controlled through the app and they have two separate manual keys to turn them on and off on the plug 2- covers of plugs make it safe for rainy days. If you compare with others , you see many of them don’t have one or 2 of these. The price is right and the coupon code makes the purchase no brainer.

This was an easy setup to use with Alexa. The entire unit can be named and controlled, along with each individual socket named and controlled. We are currently using for Christmas lights and are using an Alexa routine to setup a timer to turn the lights on and off at specific times. In the future having the ability to control and set timers to two individual groups will be a big plus. Seem very well made and hopefully will last for years.

This smart plug was very easy to set up through the SmartLife app and integrated with Alexa right away. It was exactly what I needed because I wanted to run two sets of lights around my gazebo-- one set of string lights for every night, and an extra set for holidays (Halloween, Xmas, etc.) Build quality seems solid and there are no issues with operation so far.

Honestly, I thought this was a pretty great product! When I opened it, it seems like it has great build quality, is not really affected by the elements, which was a big plus for me, and pretty simple to set up. I have quite a few products from TreatLife and I’ve had them for a couple years without any issue at all. This was a great addition during the holidays because it allowed me to control two devices simultaneously. I highly recommend this brand. They also make really good wall switches!

This is a great waterproof outdoor plug, it is easy to install and only took a few min to set up. I love that you can turn both switches on and off at the same time or individually. The build is solid and I'm sure it will last many years. I like to use this in may locations depending on the season and the holiday.

I bought this Outdoor Smart Plug for my backyard watering system. This product is very easy to setup (literally took me less than a minute to pair with my app) and it works seamlessly. There is very little latency between turning the switch on/off in the app and the actual switching of the device. Although you can use this smart plug for a variety of applications like controlling the string LEDs in your backyard, I'm using them as a way to be able to reset the water system while I am away from my house. Occasionally our water system will lose connection to our network and the only way to restore the functionality would be to power cycle the system.

Full disclosure: I received this unit for review.That said, I'd definitely be willing to purchase this. It's pretty well built, especially considering it's a plug which likely won't have to stand up to any physical abuse and points of ingress for water are adequately sealed up, so I don't have any real doubts about the weatherproofing claims. The outlets have individual rubber covers, so when one isn't in use, you can seal it up nicely.I have the older single outlet version of this which has been running my back patio string lights for several years now and that's still going strong. Having two outlets on this one promises to make it even more useful.My only gripe is that the cord is short and thick, so if you're trying to get it plugged in inside an exterior outlet box, you may have some trouble, depending on the box and the orientation, which is unfortunate because that's exactly where you want this. I don't give 5 stars easily and this was definitely a point which kept me from giving that last star, but it's also not a big deal. It was more of a problem for me because the outlet box I wanted to use it in for Halloween is particularly stupid and I haven't gotten around to correcting it yet.I have some other Treatlife switches and stuff and this, like all of them is compatible with Google Assistant which is my robot of choice. They all have their connectivity issues from time to time, but what smart device doesn't? Rebooting the network generally fixes all for a while. This one has been sailing smoothly so far.All told, it's a simple device which does its job well and isn't very expensive, so if you want an outdoor smart plug, I have no reasons you shouldn't give this one a shot.
