Easy to clean and cooks very well

I just bought the newest one of these because mine broke after about six years. If you’re like me and you like to eat food that is crispy and juicy and every other word you can think of for a good meal this is your machine. And to top it all off all the grease falls to the bottom so it’s actually healthy for you. I do not go a week without using this machine . I gave it to family and friends and they were amazed at how good their food tastes. You can actually put something frozen in it walk away and come back to a perfectly cooked meal that is not dried out. The Moisture in the product being frozen actually makes it more juicey. I always put a half a cup of water in the bottom When I’m cooking any kind of meat to make sure it comes out really juicy. I could not live without this product being part of my kitchen you’re going to love it

I have had Nu Wave oven since 2006. It failed after 15 years and I replaced it with another new Nu Wave. 3 Months ago a wonderful woman who has been in my life and used mine for 3 years gave hers away to her elderly parents. She missed her Nu Wave dearly, as a gift I purchased her a Primo from Amazon. OMG, did I make a mistake. The machine is truly awesome!!! I should have kept and given her my old Nu Wave. She cooks biscuits, pork chops, veggies…everything. Her main oven supports as a cabinet for other cook ware now. The Primo clean up is simple and it finishes cooking before her main oven is hot. Best part I get to borrow my gift at times for steaks and fajitas.

I felt this New Model was Priced Too high. Once my Family learned how to use it, we do use it all the time so not sure if that justifies the price? We loved the old model, was very Simple but this one is More Powerful & has the bottom heating plate which is Nice so food gets done faster & is crispy. minus 1-star for high price.

Let me just start off with saying that it came to us broken. These were the only phones I could find of the damage when we first got it. I had a lot more when I took pictures to send into NuWave to get it replaced. The pan was warped and bent, the oven top was broken in multiple areas. It was frustrating to get this when I was ready with food and ingredients to get this thing going right away. I even bought from the NuWave website some added accessories with the dehydrator and some other things to really make use out of this.When I requested a replacement after sending them pictures to prove it, I finally got one in the mail. It took quite a while but I eventually got a replacement but only in the heads and pan only. Not only did I get a replacement, but they accidently sent me two oven heads, not necessarily and entire new system. I had wished they sent me a brand new full unit but instead sent me two oven heads and a pan....Fast forward a few months and I am seeing it is not cooking my food thoroughly at all. I followed all the instructions given, searched multiple videos on their site and on YouTube to make sure I was using this thing right and to no avail, it was not cooking my food evenly. I think the replacement oven head they sent me was defective. So I put in multiple requests to have someone from NuWave to get in contact with me about this issue. I was willing to try one of their newer units since I was still under their warranty to return it, but no one reach back at all in returning my requests.Moral of the story is I will never be buying another one of their products again. Their customer service was okay in trying to get a replacement when it came broken to my place, but even then they only sent me an oven head and a pan instead of a full replacement unit. And when I tried to reach out within the warranty timeline, nobody got back with me at all no matter how I tried to get a hold of them. So I am certainly never going to consider a product from them again and now I have to decide when I am throwing it in the trash...

I had a NuWave for years. Then it went bye-bye, so I thought I would try something different. That did not work out. I regretted it and got rid rid of the new machine and bought the Primo. I could not be more happier. It works great and does an excellent job of cooking a meal. Glad I came back. Not going to leave the NuWave family ever again.

No matter what kind of meat or chicken, etc. you cook on it, they all come out tender and delicious.

It is not as good as the original appliance. and none of your domes last very long before they crack and break.
