Easy to use, a known brand but not in UAE. Great quality, still works well with enough charge holding capacity. It has been a while now with me and love the green light detecting dust

The vacuum is dead and doesn't charge. I have had it plugged in for over 5 hours straight in many different wall sockets around the house and it doesn't charge and the vacuum does not work. Blinking red light of death. After spending a few hours browsing google and youtube, this seems to be a common issue with this vacuum.DEAD straight out of the box. Blinking light of death. Doesn't charge. Doesn't turn on. Other users reported it died and became useless after 6 month, because the battery was faulty.I would give it 0 stars if I could. I paid 700 dirhams and got a box with a dead vacuum inside.AMAZING.

It does it’s job well, practical and light weight. It’s material looks delicate and fragile so you have to be careful (not a heavy duty machine). I prefer this model than it’s previous P11, more modern, lighter and probably more powerful. Customer serviced is really good in case you may need spare parts or to solve any problem you may have with the machine and warranty.

Good quality for the price range. Battery would last for an hour in the lowest setting. High speed drains the battery. The green light is very useful. Not a great fan of attachments.

Was clearly opened before and refurbished. Won't return because it's not worth the hassle. Unit works fine, battery runs out in under 10 minutes on full power, but lasts long enough to clean the whole house on lower settings.

very bad product not worth buying, the worst thing is the running time is less than 30min however they mentioned 60min. I gave it a try for couple of days and I used timer to make sue before reviewing the product, I was really disappointed..the suction is very poor, no brush for the carpet not worth the price

As the title says. This handheld battery hoover is simple to use, sleek design and surprisingly good suction for a cordless.There are 4 power modes each progressively has stronger suction, but with this comes increased battery usage. I find having it on number 3 is best to have good suction whilst also conserving battery life so that it can be used from room to room.The various attachments are also super handy and click on and off easily. The dust light on the large barrel attachments is super neat and originally thought it was a bit of a gimmick but it's genuinely useful and highlights all the dust.In the last picture, I have taken apart the dustbin which again is super simple and easy to clean out. Simply empty the contents, take the metal filter out, the foam pads and HEPA filter. You can then wash all of these other than the HEPA filter. I just bang the filter outside against a wall to dislodge any dust. Dry everything and then place them back together.I have yet to use the wall-mount but will update the review when I get round to mounting it. It does hold all the attachments though.Overall, recommend this vacuum to anyone wanting a cordless without the high price tag of other models.

Purchased this vac because my electric was getting too heavy for me to lug around. This vac is easy assembled and easy to push and pull around. The machine is quite powerful for a cordless of course not the same power as an electric. Saying that I have a dog who sheds dog hairs all year round and this machine has no problem getting them up. The green lights on the front make it easy to see any dust hiding in the corners etc. Battery life depends on which power you use, there is four levels to choose from. I can get the whole house done on level two . I empty it after every use and it is real easy to keep clean. So far so good.UPDATE since this review I have had to return it as it stopped working. It was replaced with a new one which lasted 3 month and the same thing happened. It is now in the dustbin and I won't be bothering with this make again.. beware

I had to return thie first one I bought as the suction was so poor. The return process was easy and efficient and I received a full refund. A few days later I was offered another free to try as the company was convinced I just have been given a broken machine. I agreed but had every intention of giving an honest review regardless of being given one for free. Well I can confirm it's much better then the first one . The suction is great on hard floors and pretty good on carpet even with all the cat hair in the house. Perfect for a small house or flat. I can do three rooms without having to recharge. Its easy to use and clean and medium weight. It's pretty effective for a cordless and just as good as more well known brands that I've used.. My only slight complaint is the position of the on off switch as its very easy to turn off by mistake mid vacuum! Otherwise I'm really pleased with it and very impressed by the customer service.

5 STARS!I previously purchased the Proscenic P10, and decided to upgrade to the Proscenic P12 Cordless Vacuum Cleaner this year.I am absolutely surprised at how fabulous this new model functions. The product has fully upgraded modifications from the P10 model - all advantages.Firstly, the weight of the vacuum cleaner is almost 1 kg lighter and such a pleasure to use.The green light allows you to easily see and detect dust clearly. The previous model I had to close the curtains to see the dust and debris clearly, but the green light works in the daylight (without having to close the curtains).The battery life is also an improvement, and I can fully complete vacuuming my flat without having to recharge the battery.Comparing this model to the P10 is definitely progress in technology and I can not be more satisfied!This is the ideal cordless vacuum, that is light, efficient, powerful and user-friendly.Proscenic customer service is also responsive and helpful.Keep up the great work Proscenic!

The vacuum is ok but not very good suction on carpet. Battery runs out fast when on higher function for the carpet and doesn't give a distinct sound when it is due to die, it just dies. Have to vacuum the house over 2 days so vacuum can do edges and stairs one day and the rest the other,otherwise it dies half way through.
