I had ordered this watch on feb 2024 and the 1st watch they sent me was so bad that its screen became completely white after like 4 hrs of use. So I returned it and got a replacement. That watch worked for 9 months and then stopped working. It showed 100% charge when connected to battery and when removed it stoped working.The warranty services are non existential.They claim that the warranty is only applicable if the watch is in perfect condition. When I applied for my watch being bad and I had a year of warranty they said that they were not accepting it. I suuplied them with all the details of the watch and still they denied warranty. They said my issue was due to wear and tear and denied the warranty.So do not buy from fireboltt. Product quality is very bad and after sales services are even worse.I have had much better experience with boat. They just asked me to send my watch and replaced it for free under warranty period. It also had a very simillar issue and it was nearly 2 years ago.
