I bought this book after seeing a review on a YouTube channel. It didn't disappoint after getting to see it in person.There is a lot of good information in this book, to help us to be better able to manage any illness without the today normal way of going to the doctors, getting a prescription, and being treated that way.I like knowing about Herbs, and what to use, to help treat myself, without the middle man, i.e. the doctors.A bit small print, and the pictures could be a bit bigger too, but I can see them and read them, so that will work for me.I will be referring back to it often, just to be better knowledgeable about the herbs that grow wild where we live and how to use them effectively to manage most illnesses we may encounter in a SHTF situation.A good buy, A fast ship and a good book to read too.

This book answered a lot of my questions concerning herbs, applications and precise usage concerning ailments. I love it! I will use this book as daily driver in helping with my ailments. Doctors are great, but they don't know everything. Lol!

Has helped me through so much. I became interested in herbal healing because of the cheapness to be honest. I wanted to use all natural herbs for daily medicinal needs like scrapes, colds or aches and pains.I've helped many family members who roll their eyes at the "hippy bullcrap" but they keep quiet when it's the lavender and tea tree on their bugbites ylthat soothe the itch and not the cheap anti itch cream that was the only thing they could afford.I love reading through the encyclopedia about herbs I never knew existed that have amazing effects. My favorite is comfrey a herb nicknamed bone nit because it heals so rapidly the book warns to pick out detritus or the skin will seal over it! The author is very scientific and touches on the different types of herbal healing used throughout history around the world and which have a actual scientific source.

The content and pictures are very good, and the knowledge is spot compared to what i already know. However the font is so small that I struggle to read it. The letters are just over 1mm in height. They should print the book a bit bigger or reduce the white space and use a more suitable font size. If it wasn't for that it would have been 5 stars.If i could read it I might find a remedy to improve my eyesight.

I am trying to get away from chemical tablets, as they are frequently found to be ineffective. Traditional medicines are found to be better.

Its a book and a good one

I am disappointed with this "reprint" of the earlier hardcover edition. Most of the photos in the original edition have been removed and replaced with only a few illustrations.There are a few added herbs and revisions in this reprint.Too bad the original edition is out of print as I would have liked to have gifted it, and not this reprint.
