Great product and customer service
I had an issue with original product unit received but the customer service was very prompt. I immediately had a replacement unit in great working condition. This unit cools better than the larger indoor units I have previously used. The manual could use some updating but my primary concern is to have an efficient and properly cooling unit, this unit does just that.

BEWARE!!
I don’t know if it’s just me, but when I scroll to the reviews I did this product and other swamp coolers here on Amazon, the pictures people took with their reviews are not even the same thing! I returned this tower like contraption seeing great star reviews but didn’t read or see the photos below. IT WAS A GLORIFIED FAN because the reservoir holding the non filled ice packs that came with this did not do anything even as I froze them for 6 hrs. The fan speed on high wasn’t even great.

Good option for a small room
This cooler works well in a non air- conditioned room. It’s easy to move, operates quietly, and has the option to use water or the enclosed ice packs. The one disadvantage— screws mentioned in the instructions were missing.

Filled ice packs?
The "filled" ice packs have some kind of powder in them I can hear when I shake them, but no liquid. I even went out on a limb and wondered if the powder was some kind of magic dust that froze, so I put them in the freezer...nope, still just empty with some kind of powder. The tops don't unscrew and I don't want to wreck them by forcing them open, but don't really know what else to do. Probably I will unscrew the tops, fill with liquid, and freeze. I would like to try out the cooling aspect of this product. It's an okay fan, but so is a much cheaper one...

Lo que no me gusta el cable de enchufe es algo corto en lo general trabaja bien es una buena opción para mantener el clima agradable en una habitación

Not happy with product
Not sure what is going on with the base of fan but it does not support the fan. How did this get to be an Amazon’s choice product? Bad product but also lost faith in Amazon’s choice

Doesn’t cool as much as I expected
