My daughter loves these!!! They're so pretty! They are pretty well made. She wears them almost every day and she is pretty hard on clothes. She's 5, so she doesn't really think a lot about taking care of her clothes. They are really full, even after a good month of wear and tear. They flair out and don't lay down flat, which is what I was expecting. When they first came out of the bags, they smelled like fish. I let them all sit out and the next day, the odor was gone. Easy peezy. The top layer has silver stars and add a little something extra cute. Would recommend!

Excellent value for the price! The skirts come past the knee on my 3 year old, so I anticipate at least 3 years of use for these skirts. I was concerned about the sparkles coming off, but they seem firmly attached. The colors are beautiful, and they have held up quite well. Over a month of use, and not one rip! When they arrive, they are vacuum-sealed, so they need to be fluffed up a bit to begin with. The only negative thing I can say is that when the layers of tulle get mixed up, it can be fairly confusing to get it back to the right way, but if you just remember that the starry layer is the top layer, it's a lot easier.

Updated March 2020 - We have had these for a year now. They are still as great as the day we opened them. They have survived dozens of dance classes, plenty of dress-up days, and being stuffed in and out of dresser drawers. There are no tears, rips, loose strings, or anything at all. Highly recommend!Original review - Bought these for a ballerina in my life. She loved them. They are very well made, no missing stitches or frayed areas. They did smell (as almost all new tutus do), so we laid them out and spritzed them with some homemade febreze - problem solved. They were a bit small on her waist, but we put them on a 3-foot teddy bear's waist for a few days and now they're fine. Sometimes she even wears 2 at a time to get a layered look with a color on top and a color underneath. We have received lots of compliments on them. Highly recommend.Note: Like many people, I rely heavily on Amazon reviews before making almost any purchase, online or in brick-and-mortar stores. I am always honest with my reviews. The skirts definitely have a... hmm how shall I say this... umm interesting smell. They’re also very stiff so I put them in the washer on delicate and put them in the dryer for just a bit and the smell was completely gone and the material was much softer. They are also very sheer but they are cute i must admit. My daughter plans on wearing them to school (slaps face) so I’ll be making sure she’s wearing leggings or bike shorts underneath.

i ordered these as a gift for my daughter just for a just because gift. she didnt know and oh my gosh she LOVED wearing them (i let her wear them to school) and she gets so many compliments on them whenever she does wear them.

Super cute, but they smell terrible coming out of the packaging. They were supposed to be a gift for my daughter’s friend, but I’m embarrassed to gift them.

Great quality for the price. I bought these for my daughter’s ballet-themed birthday party for all of her guests to wear. I wanted them to be fairly inexpensive but sill nice. These fit the bill. The star/sparkle detail is great. They come out of the package fairly stiff and flat, but fluff up nicely and soften after wearing for a bit. I bought them for a group of 6 year olds and they fit nicely. I wouldn’t buy them for much bigger kids, however.

The tutus held up for what we needed them for. But they stunk reaaaally bad of chemicals. Like a concerning amount. We had to leave them to air out, outside for a day before using them and still can smell the chemicals used on the fabric.
