This Wild and Organic Stinging Nettle Tincture was a Blessing for me durring the past allergy season! It drastically reduced my sneezing and runny nose as a result of the high pollen count in my area! I added it to my water that I take to work and since I work in an open booth outside it helped me to reduce the allergy symptom throughout the day as I sipped my water and as a result I could perform my job more effectively! I started taking a very small amount in warm water over approximately 1 week to see if I might have any negative reaction to the Organic Stinging Nettle Tincture, but I didn't and so I increased the amount a little more and after 1 week I still had no negative reactionl It markedly reduced my allergy symptoms! It was packed so that the glass was safe from breakage! I bought the 4 ounce bottle and even though the allergy season was the worst in many many years I used less than 1/2 bottle it worked so effectively!
