This step is much better quality than The Step step. I’m so glad I chose this step and the two pack of risers, which are sold separately. It is such a good investment. The top is anti-slip and has places for your hands for push-ups or other upper body exercises. It’s by far one of the best steps on the market. I love how the risers snap into the step because it makes it super easy to move and functional within your fitness space. Additionally, the risers are easy to separate from the base when you want a lower height. Even though the step and riser system are a bit more expensive because you have to buy the pieces separately, they are well worth the cost.

I bought 4 other step platforms before finding this one. The others were fine for aerobics but not necessarily stable enough for knee rehab. I bought this one for my mom and it is perfect for her! And I don't worry about it flipping on her.

I use this for step aerobics, following classes on Youtube. The step is always in place and doesn't move around. It feels and looks like it is made to last. With this, and the separately purchased risers, my step height is 7 1/2". I get quite a workout.

This product is well worth the money. It stays in place when I step on it, and its surface has a pleasant feel to my feet. It's lightweight and thus is easily portable. It's sturdy, well made, and should last a long time. If it still exists when I need to replace it due to use and old age, I'll definitely buy it again.

Sturdy with a non slip grippers on the bottom. Love that I can add to it with additional pieces for added height if I want later. It is a little pricey but is so well made that I won’t have to worry about having to replace it
