they work on my knees
I'm a runner so my knees take a beating running 35 miles a week, these help so muchwhich allows me to keep running at 66 years old. Any one that use these ASU Muscle bands will tell you the same thingBuy them you won't be sorry!! Love them

I've used these while working out on my knee and lower arm.
These help get the compression just right on certain areas and you can adjust the coverage to allow for the right amount of movement. I do think they are still a bit slippery and can loosen a bit to fast. Not sure I would get more of these, but I have been using these successfully. Generally a thumbs up.

Very helpful
This product is so great !! And helpful I have pain in my shoulder I try multiple different things for lower my pain but this is the real thing it’s lower my pain after 1 use very recommended !!!
