Awesome!!!!!!
This was the best purchase I have made I a long time. This thing works great and I was able to get great and accurate cuts for the outlets on my walls. I am planning on buying a couple more to have extras.

VERY Handy Tool for Drywall Work!!!
I hated hanging drywall--HATED it!!! Avoided it like the COVID-19 plague; refused to help with hanging drywall or hang it for myself even. But, with this device I can cut out electrical box holes that don't need a medium or large switch plate cover ...! Sure, I have to cut the piece of drywall to length, test fit over the electrical box(es) with the Handymark in place and then lay the sheet down or put it on a table and cut the holes for the electrical boxes--but, it is SO MUCH easier to do with confidence and without making a mess or ruining a sheet of drywall. I have even bought two more to use where there are large boxes or multiple boxes, and will be ordering a third--from which I will remove the springy middle section to install over boxes with outlets or switches already installed. Friends have already seen and used mine--and are buying their own! (These are not "professional" drywallers--just handy people like myself.)I bought my first one from a well-known tool store chain on a whim--but they don't have any in stock lately and not even in their warehouse for their .com website. (It was about $5.00 cheaper than amazon--first time I've seen this kind of price discrepancy on amazon....)Anyway, if you're considering buying this--don't hesitate, especially if you hated hanging drywall because of the mess you made when trying to cut out electrical boxes. This makes it almost (ALMOST!!!) fun to work with drywall. I have a friend who is a perfectionist, and I lent him mine for a house he is building and was considering hiring a drywall contractor because he disliked drywall work about as much as I did; he now has hung about 70 sheets of drywall and is very proud of the work (and should be!). He RAVES about the tool to anyone who will listen. (And he hasn't returned my Handmark yet!)I don't usually write product reviews--but this time I just had to. I won't be without two or three in my tool arsenal. There's nothing like the right tool for the job--and this is the right tool for us once-in-a-while drywall hangers!

Not a fan
I really wanted this to work. I tried a couple different methods and it just didn't work for me in the slightest. It never poked through the drywall enough to even see where to cut. I ended up just measuring and buying a rotary tool to do my cut outs.

Really helpful
Really helpful, although sometimes difficult to get into the box.
